This will be a very occasional blog primarily on important issues and current events related to my introductory course on the history of Modern Western Civilization , but I want it at alsoe to serve some practical purposes . The first one will be allowing students who are planning to take this class during the summer to contact their peers who have used books to sell to have an opportunity to exchange information and so manage to buy and sell course books in a mutually advantageous way.
Please note - in providing this forum I am in no way at all, not in the least tiny bit responsible for the accuracy of the information exchanged here or the final outcome of any agreements you make. You are grown ups entering into a discussion for mutual benefit as guests on my blog - this seems like a good format to help you all out, but I will shut this section down immediately if it produces so much as the hint or whisper of liability for me or harm to you the students.
